Marketing!

Went for marketing today with Inness. Paul still not well and lazy Ada needed more sleep. So only both of us went. We had breakfast at a char chan teng. Inness was explaining to me how to read the chinese words. I jotted down some common food to order : P Good thing for his patience.

Then, yeah! This is what I enjoy - marketing. Though it's a small market, I had fun too. I enjoyed looking at the seafood in the market. It's all fresh and still in the aquarium. So when you want it, just let them know and they take it for you. Paul and I love to eat steam fish here cos it's very fresh. Bought so much - vegetables, pork, fish etc. A whole week supply of food. I noticed when I buy vege and store in the fridge back in KL, the vege goes bad in just a couple days. But here, I can keep it for 2 weeks. So it's ok to buy more la. The good thing about buying in market is even when I buy a lot, it cost me half or maybe 1/3 of what I'd spend in the supermarket. At least now I know where to go. I hope we'll be able to save more on our groceries.

I even saw 'lou' duck feet and I told Inness it's my mum's favourite, I'm going to buy some. He looked at me, "You're going to post back?" Haha. Of course not la, I want to eat la.
