My Toe!

So what happened to my toe? The story is like this... (I've told this MANY times : P) Since months ago, there's been something beneath my toe. I didn't bother. Sometimes painful when I step that part. As you can see it's just a small thingy. I tried peeling it and didn't see anything. But cos I came to HK and here's all about walking, it bothered me. Dr Tan came over to look for my mother-in-law just as I arrived so I just asked conveniently, what's this? He asked me to see a surgeon and remove it. Err... ok. So I called Dr Yeap from KPJ. Went to see him an hour after. He sent me for x-ray and made an appointment today for surgery. Wow! So sudden. Never expected. Many people thought I came back bcos of this. haha!

So this morning, mum accompanied me to KPJ for the surgery. Was freaking out yday the more I thought about it. Not worried about the 'cutting part' but the injection part. Dr Yeap made 2 injections at both side of my toes. I tell you, it was SOOOOOOOO painful. I didn't cry out, just kept quiet and held the nurse hand. The 1st nurse cannot tahan I think and asked another nurse to come. kaka! In my mind that time was just, " God be with me. You will see me through." Well, then my toe became numb and I totally cannot feel the 'cut' at all. The whole time I was looking at what the doctor was doing to my toe. haha! He even showed me what he cut out. Well, it's just a hard white skin I think. The surgery was completed in half an hour. Pretty fast. Well, it's not that bad as I've imagined. Went thru so many hospitalisation, what is this la.
