How's Our New Life?

So far so good... finally today we have most of the furniture in and we got internet too. I can start blogging again lor. A glimpse of our living room.

At least now it looks like a home. This place is furnished faster than our Gurney home as we just took a week to settle most of the stuff. Now we're just waiting for our shipment to arrive then have lots to unpack. argh! Actually, I can't wait for my shipment to arrive. I need the food!!! We're still spending on Msia salary so it's quite tough now cos eating out is expensive. I really need to start cooking.

Let's have a look at our dinner. Trying not to eat out and attempting to cook with what we have now is real trying. haha! I used the cover of the bowl to steam the luncheon meat : P We have a built-in steamer oven. Never used such a thing before. haha! It's a healthy oven cos it steams everything. And have a look at our new dining table. Well, we love the table but the chair comes with it so we have to take. We wanted white chairs but it's black! I plan to get covers for the chairs. hmm...

Do we miss our friends and family? Of course la. But still ok. Thank God for internet lor. Makes everyone closer.
