It's so funny!
Today I went for an interview. I was quite surprised with the way they handle the interview. I expected a one-to-one interview but instead all the candidates, about 10 of us, sat in a meeting room. They threw a few situations to us for discussion. We were required to discuss aloud as a group and see what we'll do. 1 main reason is to test our interpersonal and communications skill. Then, we went into another room for face to face interview. I was surprised when they told me that they will not hire me because I was "over-qualified". Haha. They felt it would be a waste for me to work in that job. They offered me another post but it's in Penang. Well... of course I can't take it. I should be sad cos I didn't get the job but at the same time hearing them saying I'm over-qualified, makes me kinda relieved. kaka! I think I talked to much during the group interview. I told some of my friends, they laughed at me. Anyway, I thought that was a good experience as I've never been to a multinational company for a formal interview. I did enjoy the experience.

Hey! I can't rmb what they call that kind of interview. There is a term for it. When I came for this position, I had to do a test, a group discussion and a presentation in front of a few of the VPs in the resort!! Nothing like a normal interview.... hahaha..
