Groovin' with the Shepherd
I went to Impress with Paul for a haircut today. Er...actually, trim only. There was water rationing there as well so they had to use buckets of water – kinda like the olden days. And there was no hot water so I almost froze my head. After that, Paul has practice so I went over to mum's place to lepak. Pastor then called up to ask me to do a PowerPoint for her sermon so went back to church again about 2pm. I finished doing it just at the right time – when music practice finished ended. Then, off to Kensington pulak to celebrate Selwyn’s 21st birthday. About 30 of us were there – talking rubbish and eating good food. As usual, the whole place was so noisy – like market. Thankfully, we were the only ones at the restaurant. We all had the set lunch - soup with garlic bread, a main course and potato skin. After that, it was back to church again for Aspirers. Paul went too as he was drummer for the day. The theme was Groovin' with the Shepherd. Worship throughout the whole session. It was great. We sang. We jumped. And we worshipped. It was great. We reached home at about 10 pm. Totally exhausted as our day began at 10 am. But totally satisfied too, nonetheless.
