Don't expect before you try...

I've read quite a few food blogs about The Apartment. We finally went to try today. I think I expected too much... we were quite disappointed. The food they served was just so-so only. I don't think it's worth the money, moreover there weren't many choices. I ordered the pasta with garlic and chilli. It looked tasty but looks were deceiving. Just 'salt' taste only. Paul ordered the green curry - that was quite ok. Which was the problem la - everything was just ok. Cos we were not very full and not so satisfied, we added another Creme Fraiche and Mussels in Chili Tomato Sauce. Er... not very creamy and it's just not there. The service was alright. The ambience, unique. Probably our table was too central and hence we just felt like leaving. Don't think I will go back again. It's a cool concept, but the food, tho not bad, won't tempt me back.
