Sad :(

Current mood... not happy.
Was rushing Agapeline out just now. A little my fault but basically because the articles came in late (as usual). Not frustrated with that.
Jenny went to the bank just now. Since Terence is over at Centrepoint, I had to take care of the cash machine. One dear customer walked in, was asking me to get her a book. I was trying my best to find a book that suits her. As I'm not very sure about the books in the shop (my work is more on media), I hunt hi and lo and tried to please her. She didn't look very friendly and was quite demanding. At last, thank God, I found the book. Next, I needed to scan the items into the computer. One item that she took has no price, just barcode. I called the other 2 branches to get the price - takde. Her face started to turn black which already had since she walked in. I panicked. Nevermind, I told her to pick something else as I can't sell her that item. She was very frustrated and picked something else. Oops! This time got price, no barcode. Charm! So I tembak ler... Simply key in a barcode. Done! I mean almost. Now she wants to pay with credit card. Er... I only know how to key in cash. I made another call to Terence to get help (you can literally hear my heart boop!boop!). Oh no! I prayed in my heart, "Terence, pick up the phone!Jenny, help!". Nope...Terence didn't pick up and thank God as I hung up the call, JENNY CAME BACK. Phew... Almost pengsan! But believe me, I didn't curse or swear. I just smiled and inside my heart, was trying my best to serve her. Then, I quickly grabbed my laptop to my desk. Argh! I thought I turned on the switch so I took out the laptop battery. Aaahhh... The whole thing shut down. Was so disappointed with myself. Heart ache. My computer!!!
