Steven&Esther's Wedding

There were words like "can't eat too much, 9th June is near", "I'm on diet Esther's Wedding is near", "I can't afford to get dark, the wedding is near..."

Finally 9th June is here!
Congratulations Steven & Esther! Yes, finally today. A special and memorable day. So much has been done, so much has been prepared. Isn't it great to have a group of friends to help out in your wedding? Well, I had
the honour of being the wedding coordinator. 1st time coordinating such a big wedding. Seriously, I was just the coordinator - not a planner. I didn't help much in planning cos most of the things, Esther & Steven wanted

to plan, which was really fine by me. This is the one and only wedding that you'll have in your entire life. Even the planning should be something memorable. Not easy but looking back, it's all worthwhile.

Beautiful lily and green apple arrangements for the church deco. Something different and refreshing. Well, I was there assisting (or more like overseeing) James (the florist) preparing all the flowers. In my heart, I
really wanted to attend the 'breaking-in' but well... someone just had to oversee. Managed to just take a few minutes, rushed to Allson to send the guys off to Esther's house. It has been a real tiring day but... it's just

for a day. Afterall, it's for a friend, Esther, someone I knew since 4 years old. We were ballet mates once. Never imagined after years of separation, we'll meet again and I'm the coordinator for her wedding. haha - the world is eenie.

There were about 54 tables for the dinner in Min Kok. When I walked in to Min Kok, the decorations were just awesome. It didn't look like Min Kok. It looked so classy and different. Truly impressing. I was glad (and relieved) that everything went fine - well, maybe except 'the knife' for the wedding
cake, and perhaps a few little "mistakes" here and there. The wedding was very touching, and there were some tears when Lavi and Anne were sharing about Esther's plans to leave for Australia.

Though there was much coordination required, I did enjoy the wedding. But I am sorry to miss some of the exciting and happy moments. All in all, thank God for His strength and guidance.

Steven & Esther:
No matter where you are, our friendship will continue to grow. Will truly miss both of you. Feel free to call us if you need any help. I know we're in Msia but we'll come to Aus to visit you one day k.

God has brought both of you together in an amazing way and definitely He'll lead both of you for the rest of your marriage life. May God shower His blessings upon both of your lives!
