Stop!

Just got back from Seremban. A little tired. Was feeling sleepy in the car but now quite awake.
I must get rid of my problem. I always tell myself, "online a while ya...Check mail only..." But once I get to the internet, it'll be hours and hours before I actually disconnect my line. This is no good. I've told myself I will spend more time with God once i left my GMT job. Argh! It's tough to be obedient. I planned to write a timetable to be disciplined. I know it's tough but I can't let God keep waiting for me (though He will).

I'm so addicted to blogging and photo editing. Must really control myself. And looking through friendster is really fun. Friendster is really good man. I like looking through the photos of others and reading the testimonials. It keeps me updated and makes me miss those I've haven't seen in years...

It's getting late. Paul just went to bed and I need to sleep soon. Hopefully, I can stop what I'm doing now and go to sleep. Crazy!

At last, it's been a long time since I perspired. I went jogging with yeh ying (my new neighbour) about 6pm. Went 2 big rounds. Good exercise. I really need exercise. The high cholesterol food (seafood, pork fats, intestines and etc) that I'm taking is really bad for my health if I neglect exercises. "Thin doesn' t mean you have a low level of cholesterol". I've been hearing this again and again, especially from Paul. Thank God for a new neighbour who wants to be my exercise partner. We will go swimming maybe this coming Saturday.

Just now went for dinner with Jo and Jeremy in Kensington. Their favourite dinner place. People will think that they are shareholders. They can have dinner in Kensington 3 times a week. Wow! But the prices are reasonable for the amount of food given. My favourite is Spicy Seafood Spaghetti. Very delicious. But just now I had breadcrumb chicken. This is one of the most reasonable entrees. 2 big chunks of chicken. Couldn't finish. Gave some to Paul and some to Jo. Haha! You can't believe this. We actually played gin rummy in Kensington (really like our house) . Though we just play for fun, it's really an addictive game. I can't imagine those who really gamble. Terrible!

Better cabut ler... Stop... Stop!
