Fund Raising

Thank God for a successful fund raising event. In the month of Feb, a few of us raised some funds by selling cookies, flowers, sweets, lemonade and etc for our mission trip to Bangkok. Selling was fun but making the cookies and drinks were not easy. We had to bake as many cookies as possible, a day or two before Sundays. We rushed for some orders for Valentine's Day, ordered by Nicky's mum, Aunty Pat, to be included in her hamper baskets. Thanks to Aunty Pang who allowed us to bake cookies in her house - she has 2 microwave ovens :P We had an enjoyable time selling food and drinks to our church members. We cleared our stock pretty quickly. So glad that the members were so supportive and we managed to reach our target.
