Mission Accomplished

My Convocation

I had my convocation last week, 25th July 2004. It was held at Seri Negeri Hall, Malacca. Nothing so proud or special to me. It's just a cert. Didn't achieve high grades and didn't plan to go into finance field. Since I left MMU, I haven't met any of my classmates. Don't know if it's my fault or ??? Not very close to anyone in the class besides San San and Lim Fong who were my housemates. I think because we always rushed to go home after classes and we hardly joined any activities. I didn't rush back to my room after classes but I rushed back to Seremban every Thurs or Fri(even till final year). I remember only two instances that I didn't go back hometown. So fast... 4 years passed in just a blink. If you ask me which year I enjoyed most...it's my 1st year in Cyberjaya because that's when I stayed on campus. What I enjoyed most was the campus life. Everyone stayed up till the next morning, busy chatting online and watching movies. My room-mates were Kah Yean and Danette. I had a wonderful time staying with them. The best thing was we got a room that was very cooling (as if there was air cond) and it didn't stink. Sometimes, when we burned midnight oil, we'll buy food (I think burger) from downstairs (1am) and we'll sit by the road in the campus and chit-chat. I was more in touch with classmates and other friends then. I went for CF and many events in MMU and I got saved in year 2001.

Final year was really tough...struggled so badly because I wasn't interested at all in what I was studying and found my purpose of living. But I knew I had to walk the final step to at least get a degree. I made it and I really thank God for bringing me through the 4 years.
